How to use the wild roots (2)- Alcohol Method

This is the 2nd of 2 methods I use, and is also my favorite method. It seems to be the most powerful method too. I live in hot climate country, but I think it is especially good to use in cold winter climates.

Again, this method works equally well for wild Tongkat Ali roots as well as for wild Butea Superba roots.

1. Crush the roots. I usually wrap the roots with a piece of cloth and smash with hammer 
2. Soak in 30% -50% white alcohol example : Vodka (no need to be expensive type) with a air-sealed container. Do not use heat, just leave it in room temp.
3. Best ratio I have found is 3 Oz to 300 ml, or 6 Oz to 500 ml. Best alcohol is vodka, whiskey or rice wine.
4. Leave it to sit for at least 3 weeks  
5. Drink it with a small shot glass in the morning immediately after breakfast and immediately after lunch. Do not drink at night, or you will not be able to sleep. Do not drink and drive, or you may end up flying in the air.  just kidding.
6. It is highly inadvisable to drink more than the recommended dosage.This is a natural supplement, not a drug, but it is a very powerful supplement.

Effects vary for different people with different build, body conditions etc. For some people, with either method 1 or 2, the full effects is felt after 3-4 days of usage. For others, full effects can be felt immediately. The most important thing is to remember this is not a drug, but a supplement. A natural way to enhance your life in so many ways.

How to use the wild roots (1)- Water Method

There are many methods to consume the wild roots, and enjoy the powerful effects. I will post all the methods I personally use, and also any better methods that we can research. In this post, I will give the 1st of 2 methods I use.

This method works equally well for wild Tongkat Ali roots as well as for wild Butea Superba roots.

1. First, cut off about 3-5 gm (1/10th to 1/6th Oz) and break into little pieces
2. Soak in a glass of water (about 300 ml glass) for 3-12 hours. 3 hours is minimum, 12 for maximum effect
3. Bring soaked water to slow boil, and keep boiling for at least 15 minutes
4. Drink the boiled water directly or use it to make coffee
5. Drink 2-3 glasses a day, drink at least 4 hours before bed. Do not drink before bed, otherwise you will not be able to sleep
6. Do not throw away the used roots after first use. Add new roots to the old roots to make new water. Keep using until roots have no more smell.
7. Do not drink more than recommended dosage. This is a natural supplement, not a drug, but it is a very powerful supplement.
