How to use the wild roots (1)- Water Method

There are many methods to consume the wild roots, and enjoy the powerful effects. I will post all the methods I personally use, and also any better methods that we can research. In this post, I will give the 1st of 2 methods I use.

This method works equally well for wild Tongkat Ali roots as well as for wild Butea Superba roots.
  1. First, cut off about 3-5 gm (1/10th to 1/6th Oz) and break into little pieces
  2. Soak in a glass of water (about 300 ml glass) for 3-12 hours. 3 hours is minimum, 12 for maximum effect
  3. Bring soaked water to slow boil, and keep boiling for at least 15 minutes
  4. Drink the boiled water directly or use it to make coffee
  5. Drink 2-3 glasses a day, drink at least 4 hours before bed. Do not drink before bed, otherwise you will not be able to sleep
  6. Do not throw away the used roots after first use. Add new roots to the old roots to make new water. Keep using until roots have no more smell.
  7. Do not drink more than recommended dosage. This is a natural supplement, not a drug, but it is a very powerful supplement.

  1. so we must do two to three batches a day?
    Can't we make one batch say each 10 days;90-150 gm of herb with 9letters of water ?& put it in fridge & consule it 2-3 times aday?

Fares--->I recommend you do that because i personally think drinking fresh and hot will be better but you can put it in the fridge if you like but i am sure you cannot torelate the bitterness when it is cold and that make you use the alternative way to eat tongkat ali(Extract powder) where you don know what is in there.

      But you didn't said how much new root we have to add to the used root to make the second batch?& also to the third batch
      We want to know how many grams per day we are going to consume

  2. Fares----> You should add about 5 grams every time. Until the last time of the day. The recommended are not more than 30g a day.

  3. Mr. Pichipong, the 3-5gm that we cut off, how long of a piece is that? How long measured in inches? or centimeters? Reason I ask is because I don't have a tool to measure by weight.
