Wild Roots Vs. Cultivated Roots

There are 2 types of Tongkat Ali in the general market today: Wild Tongkat Ali and Cultivated Tongkat Ali.
The type that you want to buy is Wild Tongkat Ali, because this is the only type that can give you the full benefits of this herb. Not the cultivated type. Reasons are as follows:
  1. Artificial chemicals/fertilizers: Tongkat Ali plantation owners use fertilizer and chemicals to make the tree or roots grow faster. As nobody regulates what fertilizers and chemicals they can use, there is no saying what kind of harmful side effects they can cause the human body. This defeats the purpose of using natural herbs.
  2. Age of the Tongkat Ali roots: In pursuit of fast profits, plantation owners normally harvest their Tongkat Ali roots as young as 4-7 years old, which means the roots have not even matured enough to provide full benefits of a "genuine" Tongkat Ali herb.

However the Tongkat Ali that most people buy in capsule, powder and coffee mixture form are all made from cultivated Tongkat Ali. The reason is simple: Wild Tongkat Ali is always in short supply and much much more expensive than cultivated type. In addition, there is no telling what other chemicals these manufacturers put into their so called Tongkat Ali products.

The way to tell Wild Tongkat Ali from Cultivated Tongkat Ali is to simply smell the root. The wild type has a strong odor which smells like ginseng and is yellowish in color. Cultivated types have almost no smell and is white or very light yellow in color.

Don't be fooled into buying useless products from the marketplace that don't work, or even harm you. Go for the original wild roots. You will surely experience the difference.

    4. Fares----> The original wild roots are already had the same effect as cultivated extract powder but If want to make extract powder from this wild roots but there is Three issue i must consider,

1)I have no experience in making extract powder and if i make it i am afraid that my buyer will have danger after eating it.

2)Even if i make the extract powder the price will be high because of the cost between wild roots and cultivated root.

3)If it is in the powder forms then my buyer will not know it is wild roots or cultivated.

However i am finding out how to make the extract powder maybe in future i will use cultivated roots to make the powder.

      Thanks...
